Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for or using the winvox platform. By accessing or using winvox, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2.1 By registering an Account with winvox, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the winvox Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, rules and guidelines published by winvox on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the winvox Platform and close your Account.
2.3 winvox reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or on-platform notification.
2.4 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and winvox in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the winvox Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. winvox strictly prohibits access to the Platform by persons under the age of 21. Where winvox has reason to believe that an Account holder may be under 21, winvox will suspend the Account pending age verification and may permanently close any Account found to be held by a person under 21, forfeiting any balance therein.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) winvox Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, address, email address, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method or any other identifying criterion — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your winvox Account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify winvox of any changes. winvox may refuse registration or suspend Accounts where false or misleading information is provided.
3.4 KYC Verification. winvox is required by its international gaming authority compliance obligations to verify the identity of Account holders prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian IC/MyKad is accepted), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method. winvox may suspend withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed. We recommend completing KYC verification promptly upon Account creation.
3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. winvox does not accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the winvox Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. winvox accepts no liability for a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winvox login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
4.2 winvox will never ask you to provide your Account password via email, live chat, telephone or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to winvox support immediately.
4.3 You must notify winvox immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. winvox may suspend your Account as a precautionary measure pending investigation.
4.4 winvox accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
4.5 All winvox Platform sessions are encrypted via 256-bit SSL. winvox employs industry-standard security measures; however, no security system is impenetrable and winvox cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Account information.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winvox accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and other participating banks), and USDT cryptocurrency. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed within the winvox Account payment section.
5.2 Deposits. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. winvox processes deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for Malaysian users. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform and are subject to change.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. winvox does not charge fees on standard withdrawal methods, though payment providers may impose their own charges. Processing times are estimates and subject to variation.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to Account tier, KYC status and winvox's internal risk management policies.
5.5 Chargebacks. Any User who initiates a chargeback, reversal or dispute against a winvox deposit transaction will have their Account immediately suspended. winvox reserves the right to recover funds subject to fraudulent chargeback activity through all available legal means.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. winvox will notify you prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormant Account balances remain accessible to you upon Account reactivation via support.
6.1 winvox may offer Bonuses to registered Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.2 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be converted to cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits arising from Bonus funds are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 winvox reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any Bonus at any time where winvox has reason to believe that the Bonus is being abused or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
6.4 Users found to be engaging in Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using Platform Bonuses, coordinated multi-account exploitation, or any other practice designed to circumvent Bonus wagering requirements — will have their Bonuses forfeited and may have their Accounts permanently closed.
7.1 All Games available on winvox are operated by certified third-party gaming providers. Each Game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding a Game outcome, the gaming provider's server records are the definitive reference.
7.2 winvox is not responsible for interrupted or incomplete Game sessions resulting from network connectivity issues on the User's end. Where a Game session is interrupted before completion, the Platform will attempt to resolve the round when connectivity is restored. Bets placed before the interruption remain valid.
7.3 winvox reserves the right to void any bet or Game result where a technical malfunction, software error or Game provider error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, bets will be returned to the User's Wallet.
7.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits per game are specified within the Game interface and are subject to change. winvox reserves the right to restrict stake amounts on specific Games or for specific Users at its discretion.
8.1 All sports bets placed on winvox are governed by winvox's Sportsbook Rules, which are published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to, and not in substitution of, the Sportsbook Rules.
8.2 Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds applied to your bet. In-play odds change rapidly and winvox cannot guarantee that the odds visible on screen at any given moment will be the odds confirmed on submission.
8.3 winvox reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of obviously erroneous odds (so-called "palpable errors"). Users who exploit palpable errors — whether knowingly or otherwise — will have the affected bets voided and stakes returned.
8.4 Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day are published within the Sportsbook section and are subject to change. winvox reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or any combination of bets.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winvox Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action:
10.1 All content on the winvox Platform — including but not limited to the winvox brand name, logo, trade marks, software, game content, text, graphics, images, video and audio — is the property of winvox or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winvox Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without winvox's prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of goodwill.
11.2 winvox's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to winvox in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits winvox's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 The winvox Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winvox makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12.1 winvox is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits via the responsible gaming tools available within their Account dashboard.
12.2 Self-exclusion is available to any winvox User who believes their gambling activity may be becoming problematic. Self-exclusion requests can be made via Account settings or by contacting winvox support. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon processing and applies for the minimum period selected.
12.3 winvox enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. Users are reminded that online gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

13.1 winvox reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where winvox suspects or determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account is involved in fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; (c) the Account holder has provided false information; or (d) the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
13.2 Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, winvox may forfeit any balance remaining in the Account Wallet, including Bonus funds and funds derived from Bonus play.
13.3 You may close your winvox Account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of Account closure will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus funds.
14.1 winvox may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the winvox Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, winvox will provide notice to registered Users via email or on-Platform notification where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the winvox Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to winvox's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming authority licensing framework.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and winvox arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting winvox customer support. winvox aims to acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, winvox and the User agree to refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by winvox's international gaming authority regulator. The regulator's decision shall be final and binding.
